Fitch has taken various rating actions on Mexican mortgage company Metrofinanciera, S.A. de C.V. (Metro). Its Individual rating was downgraded to ‘D/E’ from ‘D’, given continued pressures on its capital adequacy, asset quality, liquidity and refinancing needs.
